The CVPA delivers a solidarity check of 6,000 euros to Cáritas

This weekend, the Port d’Andratx Sailing Club (CVPA) presented a solidarity check for 6,000 euros to Cáritas in the parish of Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Port d’Andratx. The president of the CVPA, Ginés Martínez Pina, accompanied by several directors and members of the Club, was in charge of delivering the donation to the local priest.

This amount corresponds to last year’s lottery prize not collected by members (5 euros prize for every euro played) and is added to other aid that the CVPA provides to Cáritas Mallorca and Cáritas Andratx throughout the year.
