The CVPA delivers subsidies to associations and entities in the region for another year

On December 16, the Board of Directors of the Club de Vela Port d’Andratx delivered the subsidies and bonuses to different associations and entities in the Andratx region. In total, the Club has distributed close to 30,000 euros to sports entities, cultural and social associations in the different “Andritxols” population centers.

This year, the Board of Directors, headed by the president, Ginés Martínez Pina, has granted this traditional financial aid to 22 groups in Andratx. The secretary of the CVPA, Juan Tomás, said at the delivery ceremony that the associations “are the social fabric of the municipality” and wanted to mention in a special way the Club Esportiu d’Andratx and the “terrific management they are doing”, after achieving for the second time to compete in the Copa del Rey football: “The Club has brought fame to the municipality, it has been a milestone for Andratx,” declared the secretary of the Sailing Club.

These grants, which exceed those delivered last year, contribute to the consolidation of the social, cultural and sports fabric of Andratx and in 2023 have benefited the following associations and entities:

– Andratx Basketball Club.

– Andratx Sincro Club.

– Andratx Teachers Association.

– Medical Smile.

– Gent Gran Andratx i Port Association.

– Atlético Andratx Petanca Club.

– Andratx Cycling Club.

– Monkeyfins Sports Club.

– Como. Balearic Islands of Multiple Sclerosis.

– Coral Veus de Ponent.

– Andratx Tennis Forum.

After this event, a small lunch took place for attendees at the CVPA facilities and all Club employees met with the Board of Directors to receive the traditional Christmas bonus and toast to an extraordinary year and a prosperous 2024.
